Usage Analytics stores the searches that users have performed in all modules, within the last 30 days arranged in tabs by accounts, the first tab with all accounts. The following information is saved.
User name
Application name in which search was performed. The application name is an active link. Clicking on this link will run that specific search (query and selected filters). Results might be different due to regular data updates.
Search query word or phrase. Search details which are available by mousing over query
Date when the search query was performed
Department of the user
Label for the query if set by the user
Alert frequency if set by the user for the query.
Users can customize searching Analytics using filters, in addition to free text search that searches in all fields:
Groups filter: to search by one or more groups that users belong to.
Application filter: to search queries saved from one or more modules.
Alerts filter: to list only those searches that have the e-mail frequency alert setup.
Date filter: to search by date.
