Search history stores the searches that user has performed in all modules, within last 30 days. By default the following information is saved as part of search history.
Date when the search query was performed
Application name in which search was performed. The application name is an active link. Clicking on this link will run the saved search (query and selected filters). Results might be different due to regular data updates.
Search query word or phrase. Search details which are available by mousing over query
Label the query for easier identification by setting the label as per user preference .
Search History Management
Highlight your favorite search by selecting the favorite indicator provided in the Favorite column.
Set up e-mail alerts for the performed searches by selecting the frequency from the E-mail frequency column.
To delete a search, click ‘X’ next to the search you want to remove.
Users can also customize searching within their search history in the following way.
Application filter: to search queries saved from a particular module. More than one module can be selected to filter the results.
Email alerts filter: to list only those searches that have the e-mail frequency alert setup.
Favorite filter: to list those searches that were marked as ♥.
